Interise Trust (Formerly known as Indinfravit Trust) : INTERISE (the “Trust”) is an irrevocable trust set up under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 and registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as an infrastructure investment trust under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 (Registration Number: IN/InvIT/17-18/0007). The Trust is ultimately holding 100% shares of the Company and has other 12 BOT/ Annity Road Assets across 6 states and a network of approx. 4400 Lane km. The Trust has a consolidated revenue under Management of approx. Rs 1500 cr in FY 20-21 and is employing about 400 personnel across its project locations and offices..

 Interise Investment Managers Ltd (Formerly known as LTIDPL IndvIT Services Limited) has been appointed as the Investment Manager of Interise Trust and Interise Project Management Pvt Ltd. (Formerly known as IndInfravit Project managers Private Limited and Sadbhav PIMA Private Limited) has been appointed as the Project Manager of the Company. 

Vistra ITCL (India) Limited is the Debenture Trustee of the Company.

Mr. Madhavan has over 35+ Years of experience in core infrastructure projects in India and Overseas. Amongst these, he has worked in the sectors including Transportation, Roads and Bridges, Heavy Civil infrastructure and Hydro projects etc. He has built strong operational expertise coupled with sound technical, financial, P&L management and strategic decisions. He holds a Civil Engineering and MBA by Qualification (Management). He has also received certification in Project Management from IIM, and technical accreditations from various esteemed organizations. He has previously worked in reputed organizations such as Larsen & Toubro, Hindustan Construction Co Ltd, Gammon, Tata Projects Ltd, and JMC -Kalpataru International Division amongst others.

Mr. Paruchuri Sri Hari, Director of the company, is a qualified Cost Accountant & certified IFRS professional having more than 11 years of experience in infrastructure sector.  He has rich experience in Corporate Finance & Accounts, Direct and Indirect Taxation, various Statutory Audits, Compliances as per SEBI Regulations, Listing Regulations, Reviewing of MIS of Projects & finalising of Annual Budgets and handling Operations of existing projects, Due Diligence for New Projects, Valuation of Shares, Assets and Units for various purposes & participating in the new deals for Mergers & Acquisitions.

Mr. Sachindra Datt Tripathi, Additional Director of the Company, has 30 years of experience, having served organizations like JMC Projects, SREI Sahaj, Shubham Logistics, Nicco Ventures, NIIT, in various capacities handling the entire gamut of HR activities from recruitment, compensation & benefits, HR operations, learning & development, performance management, organization development, etc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science (Zoology Hons.) from Utkal University and a Master's degree with HR specialization from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. He is also holding specialization in Organization Development & Change Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
